John Russell joined DIFRwear as CEO in 2010.  John has over ten years experience in the information security field, both in the financial services industry and in a consulting capacity.  John is pursuing his Master's in Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. John manages all business operations including strategy, finance, partnerships and business development.

Michael Aiello

Founder/Advisor

Mike Aiello founded DIFRwear in 2005 and currently serves as the company's Advisor. Mike is an entrepreneur and leading professional in the technology and security industries. He has served as a Technology Risk Analyst at Goldman Sachs as well as a Researcher at NYU-Poly's Information Security Research Laboratory where he focused on information security topics such as electromagnetic emissions security, computer application penetration-testing and social engineering. Mike obtained his MBA from Oxford University, has a Masters in Information Assurance from NYU-Poly and has obtained certifications from the NSA. Mike is currently working on a new start up in the digital identity management field - LifeEnsured.com

Sadhan Das

Manufacturing

Sadhan has 24 years experience in raw leather procurement, leather tanning and finished leather goods development. Sadhan is based in Calcutta, India and became part of DIFRwear in 2006 after DIFRwear became his manufacturing center’s largest client. Sadhan works directly with local leather producers, designers and engineers to source DIFRwear’s high quality leather products.
